Coaching and Classes
I am an aerial coach who helps students discover the joy of movement and build skills at all levels. I teach and train at 3Sixty Dance and Fitness in Ottawa, Canada and currently offer aerial hoop classes ranging from introductory to advanced levels, trapeze, and aerial hammock classes from introductory to intermediate levels. I'm also available for private lessons. My teaching style emphasizes strong technique and safety while also encouraging fun and exploration.

Workshops
My workshops aim to arm aerial hoop students with tools to explore and create movement sequences themselves within the hoop and to explore connecting ground work with hoop play.

Performance
I am a multi-disciplinary aerial artist and performer. My primary discipline is aerial hoop where I aim to create and tell stories through visually compelling movement sequences and entrancing, emotionally-driven narratives.
